Five Years of Marital Bliss

On January 29th Bobby and I hit our 5 year mark- hurray! We went out to eat at a nice Thai restaurant in Old City called Pad Thai. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.

While we reminisced over the past five years, we thought about all the different accomplishments we've made and all the things we've done together. Here's what we came up with (not in any type of order of relevance or importance!):

1. Completed 2 bachelor's degrees, 1 master's degree, and 3/4 of medical school
2. Bought (and renovated) a house
3. Moved 5 times
4. Doubled the size of our family with two beautiful daughters
5. Visited some exciting places- Nauvoo, IL; Palmyra, NY; California (twice!); Salt Lake City (twice!); Chicago; and lots of other places in between
6. Bought 2 cars, 1 van, and 1 scooter. Sold the car that Bobby brought into the marriage and one of the cars we bought later.
7. Held 11 different jobs (6 for Bobby, 5 for me!)
8. And the list is still growing!
